Employee Benefits

IMTS offers fair compensation and rich benefits to all of our employees.  Below is an overview of our benefits package:

  • Medical | Prescription:  IMTS offers the following health insurance plans through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield: 

    • Qualified High Deductible Health Plan (QHDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA) where IMTS incrementally funds 100% of the Deductible: $1,500 for Single or $3,000 for 2-Person/Family

    • PPO 100% High Option Plan ($0 Deductible) 

 

  • Dental | Vision:  IMTS' dental and vision plans are provided by Principal.

 

  • Disability | Life Insurance:  IMTS carries Principal products to cover Short-term, Long-term, and Life Insurance policies for our employees. 

 

  • 401(k) Plan:  Our plan is through John Hancock.  We match 33% of your deferral capped at $2,000 per year, with a 3-year vesting schedule.

 

  • Paid Time Off (Vacation):  All IMTS employees receive Vacation Time beginning at 2 weeks (80 hours) and capping off at 6 weeks (240 hours) depending on tenure.  Time is accrued every pay, and can be used for any reason (Vacation, Sick, Personal Day). 

  • Paid Time Off (Holiday):  IMTS observes 10 Federal Holidays with the opportunity to float the days within a calendar year to better facilitate your schedule.  Time can be used for any reason in 4 hour increments.

  • Education | Training:  IMTS supports career advancement and professional development through continuing education and training, provided that degree / coursework is relevant to employee’s current work and adds value to professional growth of the employee and /or the program being supported.
