Mission and Values

IMTS’ corporate culture values our employees and their ideas.  We treat each employee as a respected and valued partner in our business activities, as they are our most important asset.  Additionally, we emphasize technical and management excellence in every aspect of our support activities, resulting in successful programs for our federal customers.  Following are other key attributes that have lead to IMTS’ long-term success:

  • Experienced Corporate Resources:  IMTS’ Corporate Resources have collectively worked together under a lean organizational structure since 1999.  The team is currently led by the following Executive Management professionals:

    • Rodney DeCarteret (President / CEO);

    • Beth Gribble (Executive Vice President | Finance & Contracts | Facility Security);

    • Debra Harbert (Director for Human Resources)

  • Open Door Policy:  IMTS promotes frequent and open communication between our Corporate Resources and Direct Program Staff.  Each individual is treated as a professional, and each professional has direct access to IMTS’ Executive Management at any time.

  • Diversity:  IMTS personnel are comprised of IT professionals supporting broad customer base throughout the U.S. and the greater Washington, DC metro area.  IMTS provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. In addition to federal law requirements, IMTS complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities.

  • Fairness and Equality for All Personnel:  At IMTS, we don’t differentiate between our various support programs when it comes to benefits of our employees.  This practice results in fair and equal treatment for all employees, and enables the utilization across programs, when needed, without any issues.
